Online payment by CB is secure?
For payment by credit card, we use a specialist company, Sogenactif which allows you to pay via a server bank Societe Generale in a secure environment. Your credit card number is directed to the servers of the bank, your payment is made directly without passing through the server of the shop, ensuring even more important than the numbers are known only from our banking partner (Societe Generale) .
The order will be canceled and the customer notified by mail in cases where payment centers concerned have refused to give their consent.
How does sending in the case of payment by check?
The order is processed and shipped after we receive the ckeck.
What is the average time for delivery?
We process your order usually within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). A tracking number is then sent to monitor the delivery procedure.
Why do you work with The French Post service?
The position remains the service delivery more reasonable financially.
